Joel W. Case
Joel's 37 years of experience practicing law in Missouri's federal, state, and appellate courts allow him to practice in virtually all areas. He handles personal injury cases, along with criminal charges. He also works in Family Law and other civil matters.
Before establishing his solo practice, Joel clerked for the Department of Justice in the U.S. Attorney's Office and its Civil Rights Division, where he received the prestigious award for Sustained Superior Performance from the Attorney General of the United States.
Joel earned his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Education from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Joel lettered in football while playing on the 1959 Orange Bowl team. That year, the coaches gave Joel the “Oil Can” award for having the most hustle and morale on the Tiger team.
Joel earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1973.
